Description Unit Rate (R) Qty Amount (R) Section

Fill in Rate and Qty and the Amount is calculated for you — or leave them blank and type an Amount directly for flat-fee lines (e.g. contingency). The Section column (e.g. Labour, Materials, Equipment, Travel, Other Costs, or a name of your own) groups the line items into their own subtotalled sections on the PDF — leave it blank to keep a single flat table.

Enter your internal cost for each line item to see gross profit and margin. This never appears on the client's PDF or portal view — it is stored separately and is only readable by administrators.
